Return & Refunds Policy

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving it. Our team will help resolve it.

LOST ORDERS
If your order is marked lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

RETURN POLICY
You may return items if:

  • Print is unclear or off-center.

  • Wrong package received.

  • Damaged in delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).

  • Wrong size, color, or style.

  • Other errors caused by us.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Provide photos of the issue with your order number to request a return or exchange.

REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

EXCHANGES
If your product has one of the listed issues, email us with photos and your order number. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.

NOTE: Please check the size guide carefully. We are not responsible for wrong sizes if ordered correctly. If the wrong size was sent by us, we will follow the above policy.
